James P. is an experienced IT professional with a strong focus on change management and service delivery. Currently serving as the Manager of IT Change Management at Landis+Gyr since August 2018, James oversees the IT Change Control process for North America. Prior roles include IT Service Delivery Manager at TEKsystems, where responsibility included managing a multimillion dollar contract and multiple IT services, and Change Control Manager at Lennar, where James led change management processes and developed key performance indicators. With a solid foundation in configuration management and ITIL best practices, James has consistently driven operational improvements and risk management efforts throughout a diverse career that includes positions at Devon Energy, CACI, General Dynamics, Orizon Inc., and the US Army. James holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from American InterContinental University and a Bachelor's degree from Wayland Baptist University.
