Philipp von Derschau is the Founder of empaworks and holds the position of Creative Director at Landeshauptstadt München. In addition, Philipp also works as a Multimedia-Berater at CGI and serves as an Agile Team Lead at UnternehmerTUM. With a background in film production, Philipp has experience as a Production Assistant at BIGFISH FILMPRODUKTION GMBH and as a 2nd Assistant Director on the film "Stunde Null." Philipp is currently pursuing further education at Hochschule für Philosophie München and has previously studied at Hochschule Macromedia University of Applied Sciences.
