Marie-José van Eyken is a seasoned HR and culture leader with extensive experience in various high-level positions. Currently serving as the interim HR Director and Team Coach at MJVE since July 2003, Marie-José has also held significant roles as the Chief Human Resources Officer at BrandLoyalty and Vice President of Human Resources International at CBS, among others. Contributions include strategic oversight and coaching for transformative HR and organizational culture initiatives. Active engagement in industry networks is demonstrated through roles as LVV-Registervertrouwenspersoon with the Landelijke Vereniging van Vertrouwenspersonen and a member of SER Topvrouwen. Educational credentials include an MBA from Nyenrode Business University and specialized training in coaching and system thinking.
