Sophie Morris, Assoc CIPD, currently serves as a Junior HR Business Partner at LANDBAY, a position held since December 2023. Previously, Sophie worked as a Human Resources Executive at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, focusing on onboarding, off-boarding, and recruitment across WEU, while also managing payroll and related policies.
