Melissa Fasching-Hillis has a diverse range of experience in various industries including retail, human resources, and audio engineering. Currently serving as the office manager and project coordinator at Landau Building Company, Melissa also founded and serves as the CEO of HJI Frequencies, LLC, a company specializing in audio engineering, production, mixing, artist development, and audio plug-in development for all genres of music. Prior to their current roles, Melissa held positions at companies such as Lowe's, Kohl's, and The Home Depot, where Melissa served in various supervisory and management roles.
