Zoe B Hall has worked in a variety of roles, beginning in 2015 as a Rock Climbing Coach for EVO Rock + Fitness. In 2016, they worked as a Resident Assistant at Prescott College. In 2017, they were a Forestry Technician for the U.S. Forest Service and a Conservation Intern for the Kino Bay Center For Cultural And Ecological Studies. In 2018, they completed an Internship Project with the Maasai Education, Research, and Conservation Institute. In 2019, they were a Wilderness Instructor for Rippleffect on Cow Island, Maine. In 2020, they were a Field Assistant for Prescott College, a Lentic AIM Research Technician for Colorado State University, and a Diversity Burn Crew Team Leader for The Nature Conservancy. Most recently, in 2021, they have been a Reforestation Project Manager - North America for Land Life Company.

Zoe B Hall has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from Prescott College, a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Justice from Prescott College, a Minor in Field Research Leadership from Prescott College, and Environmental Science studies from the University of Southern Maine.
