Dennis Pearse is the Director, Hotel and Food & Beverage at Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort. He joined Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort in September of 2020 and was promoted to his current role in December of that year.

Prior, Dennis was the General Manager at Hard Rock International in New Orleans. He has also held general manager roles at Dimension Development - DoubleTree by Hilton, The Roosevelt New Orleans, and Omni Hotels & Resorts.
