Previously, Srini held the position of Senior Vice President of Sales, Strategy & Operations at US Tech Solutions from August 2018 to May 2024, overseeing new client acquisition, upselling, marketing, proposal development, and operational efficiency. Additional experience includes leadership roles at ObjectWin Technology and NTT DATA, focusing on global sales and client relationships. Srini holds an MBA in Marketing and HR from ICFAI Business School and completed the Sales Acceleration Course at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
