Igor Novello is a seasoned digital strategy and product manager, currently serving as Gerente de Estratégia Digital e Produto and Gerente de Conteúdo e Estratégia Digital at Lance! since May 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Coordenador de Conteúdo e Redes Sociais at Adventures, where Igor built an engaging community around sports. A significant tenure at WarnerMedia lasted from August 2014 to September 2021, where Igor held various positions focused on growth, user acquisition, product development, and content production for the Estádio TNT Sports platform, among others. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing from USP/Esalq, advanced training in Product Growth and Product Management from Escola PM3, and a degree in Journalism from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
