Susan E. Cazillo currently serves as a Program Assistant at Lancaster-Lebanon IU13, having previously worked as a Career Navigator at EDSI, where responsibilities included developing career plans for youth and facilitating access to community resources. As a Journeys & Ready2Work Program Instructor, Susan contributed to the creation of a Soft Skills curriculum and participated in the development of a workforce-focused podcast. At Lancaster County Career and Technology Center, Susan held multiple roles, including Success Coach/Perkins Coordinator, where documentation for Federal Perkins Grant compliance was managed, and Admissions Counselor/Recruiter, successfully guiding over 1,000 potential students through the admissions process. In earlier experience at Lancaster Family YMCA Association, Susan improved swim lesson programming and administrative processes. Education includes a cosmetology degree from the Lancaster County Career and Technology Center.
