Kimberley Humbard, MPH, has diverse experience in the healthcare sector, beginning with a graduate student internship at The Union County Health Department, where responsibilities included collaboration with nursing staff to enhance the sexual health clinic. At UPMC, Kimberley served as a Patient Access Representative, focusing on maintaining patient information and providing excellent customer service. From June 2015 to July 2017, Kimberley worked at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, ultimately leading the Patient Access Coordinator team. Subsequent roles included various positions at Tower Health, culminating in the role of Financial Clearance Supervisor, before joining Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health as Manager of Financial Clearance and Prearrival Services. Throughout these positions, Kimberley has demonstrated a commitment to ensuring accurate patient demographic and insurance information, while enhancing patient accessibility and service quality.
