Kay Brady is an experienced human resources leader with a robust career in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health since January 2007, Kay oversees key functions including talent acquisition, management, team development, and leadership education. Previously, Kay held the role of AVP HR at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals and served as Director of Human Resources at Human Resource Strategies, where services ranged from consulting to outplacement.
