Jared Weaver began their career in 2000 as a Field Supervisor at Superior Walls by Weaver Precast, Inc. In 2003, they moved to Weaver Concrete Specialties as VP of Operations. In 2007, they joined Lancaster Archery Supply as Sales Manager, and later took on the role of Director of Sales and Marketing.

Jared Weaver attended Pennsylvania State University-Penn State Berks from 1998 to 2001, studying Business Administration, Management and Operations.
