Stephen Palmer is an accomplished operations professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Lancashire Insurance Group since September 2021, Stephen has previously held key roles such as MIS Manager at Coverys Managing Agency Ltd and Syndicate MI & Data Manager at Argenta Syndicate Management Ltd. Stephen's career began as an Active Underwriter's Assistant at Euclidian Underwriting Ltd and progressed through various analytical positions. Stephen holds a BA (Hons) in Industrial Design & Technology from Loughborough University, achieving a 2:1 classification, and completed secondary education at Sevenoaks School.
