Troy Spraker P.E., CFM is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in land development projects. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at Lamp, Rynearson and Associates, Inc. since October 2013, Troy previously held positions as Civil Engineer at the City of Greeley from May 2011 to October 2013, and as Project Engineer at North Star Design LLC from April 2001 to May 2011. Troy earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University, completing the degree between 1992 and 1999.
