Luke Burgess is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and consultancy within the construction sector. Currently serving as Lead Consultant at Laminar Projects since October 2022, Luke has led the implementation of project controls for a £400 million high-tech biopharmaceutical facility, focusing on efficiency and visibility improvements. Prior roles include Senior Consultant with experience on data centre projects across multiple European countries, Project Engineer at Wates Group managing the £450 million Envision AESC battery gigafactory, and various engineering positions at Carillion and VINCI Construction, where Luke contributed to significant infrastructure projects. Luke holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Civil & Structural Engineering from the University of Bradford.
