Marta Salvador Castell is a postdoctoral researcher at Laminar Pharma since April 2022, with prior experience at the University of California San Diego in a similar role from March 2020 to February 2022. Marta completed a PhD at INSA Lyon, where the dissertation focused on "Apolar lipids: the membrane adaptation toolbox of extremophiles." Additional research experience includes internships at Institut Laue Langevin and Institut Charles Sadron (CNRS), as well as research assistant positions at the University of Barcelona. Marta holds a Bachelor's degree in pharmacy from Universitat de Barcelona and multiple advanced degrees in fields related to life sciences and physics, including a current PgD in Cancer Biology and Precision Oncology from The University of Edinburgh.
