Maria Helena Monzo Luporini is an experienced events manager at London Rowing Club since July 2012 and has been serving as a bar manager and team supervisor at Lambeth Palace since September 2016. Previously, Maria worked as a hospitality manager at Chelsea Football Club with Compass Group UK & Ireland from August 2000 to February 2020, where responsibilities included managing VIP lounges and leading a team to provide exceptional guest service. Maria also has a background in people management from Microcamp Internacional, where work occurred from May 1990 to August 1998. Educational qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas.
