Joseph Mccafferty has had an extensive work experience. In 2015, they interned for Congressman John Boehner. In 2019, they began working for Donut Holdings, Inc. as a Project Manager, Legal, and HR. In 2022, they became the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Invispar, LLC., representing and managing esports talent across the industry and generating positive growth and culture through proactive decision-making.

Joseph Mccafferty has an education history that spans from 2008 to 2022. Joseph attended Eaton High School from 2008 to 2012 and obtained a High School degree in General Studies. Joseph then attended Miami University from 2012 to 2017, earning a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government and a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Studies. Currently, they are attending the University of Denver and is expected to earn a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership in 2022.
