Karsten Theess has extensive experience in leadership and operations within the semiconductor industry, currently serving as VP of Engineering Pilot Operations at Lam Research since October 1997, overseeing the transition of new product development to volume manufacturing. Previous roles within Lam Research include Vice President of Product Group Operations and Managing Director of Operations for Customer Support Business Group, focusing on operational and financial performance across multiple locations. Karsten began a career in the German Army, holding various leadership positions, and holds an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management and a degree in Business Engineering from Helmut-Schmidt-Universität.
