Inna Kolomiiets is an experienced educator and recruiter, currently serving as an IT and Business English Teacher at Lalafo since April 2023, where Inna has led over 80 IT and Business Speaking Clubs and delivered industry-specific English lessons for IT professionals. Previous roles include a temporary position as a Recruiter at SKELAR, sourcing 50 candidates through various recruitment strategies, and serving as an IT English Teacher at Logos IT-Academy, where Inna created over 20 presentations on technology-related topics. Inna has also contributed to teacher recruitment at EDC Learn, enhanced business English skills for employees at Golden Staff, and managed English and German teaching at Gymnasium â„–3,1, showcasing strong communication and interpersonal skills throughout these experiences. Inna holds a Master's degree in English, German languages, and Foreign literature from Nizhyn Gogol State University and completed a course in IT recruitment at Projector Institute in late 2023.
