Thomas Merceur currently serves as Solar Construction Manager at Laketricity since September 2023. Prior to this role, Thomas worked as Asset Manager at Neoen from March 2021 to September 2023, overseeing medium-sized solar plants in the southwest and specifically managing the Cestas solar plant. Earlier experience includes a position as Mechanical Engineer at Thales Underwater System, focusing on mine countermeasures and ship maintenance, as well as an Assistant Engineer at Eiffage Énergie Systèmes, where skills in Excel tools for solar farm sizing were developed. Additional roles involved studying the implementation of wind turbines at les Recycleurs Bretons and working as an Accastilleur at Construction Navale Bordeaux. Thomas holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Engineering and Industrial Management from EIGSI and studied Civil Engineering at Munster Technological University.
