Ian Kidson serves as a Board Member for both LRS and DTG Recycle, with their tenure at LRS starting in January 2024 and at DTG Recycle beginning in November 2022. Previously, Ian held the roles of CFO at Docebo Canada Inc. from January 2019 to September 2021, and was both CEO and CFO of Acasta Enterprises Inc. from February 2017 to January 2019, where Ian oversaw a significant company transformation. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Progressive Waste Solutions from August 2012 to January 2016, and as Managing Director at TD Capital Mezzanine Partners from 2000 to 2011, where responsibilities included investment decisions. Ian's long-standing career in finance began at CIBC Wood Gundy, where a diverse range of roles spanned from investment banking to derivatives trading, followed by a foundational experience as a Senior Staff Auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from McMaster University.
