Jorge Maldonado has extensive experience in retail and operations management, currently serving as Store Manager at Lakeshore Learning Materials since October 2012, where a focus on developing a customer-centric team and maximizing sales has been emphasized. Previously, Jorge held various roles at Guitar Center Inc from March 1997 to June 2012, including District Operations Manager, where collaboration with the District Sales Manager led to achieving sales and operational goals, and Operations Manager across multiple locations in New York State. Earlier experience includes a position as Electronic Tech at Betson Enterprises from January 1994 to February 1997, providing sales and service for coin-operated video and vending equipment. Jorge holds a certificate in Electronic Technician from the Connecticut School of Electronics and graduated from Joseph A Foran High School.
