Sheena M. Butts, MEM, CSSBB, FACHE, serves as the Associate Vice President of Surgical and Procedural Services at Lakeland Regional Health-Florida since October 2011, overseeing clinical operations for a large hospital and managing a substantial budget to optimize patient outcomes. With prior roles including Associate Vice President of Care Continuum and Organizational Effectiveness, and Director of Organizational Effectiveness, Sheena has a strong background in transforming care processes and leading performance improvement initiatives. Experience also includes teaching roles at Florida Polytechnic University and Polk County School Board, as well as educational qualifications in engineering, communication, and media studies from institutions such as Penn State University and the University of South Florida. Noteworthy achievements include being valedictorian at Mckeel Academy.
