Tom Stephenson has extensive experience in safety and health management, currently serving as the Group Head of Safety and Health at Lakeland Dairies since September 2014, where the organization operates as a major dairy processing co-operative across the northern half of the island of Ireland. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of HSE Director at Balcas Group from September 1995 to August 2014, overseeing health and safety for a company with operations in multiple countries. Additional leadership experience includes serving as Chair of the Northern Ireland Safety Group from January 2010 to December 2011 and working as Logistics Manager at Rymer Transport from December 1979 to September 1995. Tom's educational background includes a diploma in Occupational Safety and Health and Environmental Management from Ulster University, completed in 2003.
