Tony Mastroianni is a seasoned technology executive currently serving as Senior VP of Engineering at Wrench, Inc. since September 2022 and holding fractional CTO roles at both Listing Information Network and Lakefront Living Realty since September 2019 and July 2009, respectively. With previous experience as Head of Finance Engineering at Wayfair and Vice President of Software Development at Syrinx Consulting, Tony has a demonstrated track record in managing software development projects, leading cross-functional teams, and driving technology roadmaps in various organizations. Notable roles also include Technology Platform Manager for Cengage Learning's MindTap, where responsibility extended to managing large teams and fostering a culture of innovation. Tony's technical expertise is complemented by a pursuit of a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Business from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, following earlier studies at Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
