Jonna Poursepanj is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in customer service, mentorship, and diversity initiatives. Currently serving as a Tour Guide at Lake Travis Zipline Adventures, Jonna ensures guest satisfaction while providing educational insights about Austin's history and culture. At Texas A&M University, Jonna worked as an Aggie One Stop Peer Advisor, assisting students with financial aid and academic queries. Jonna has also been actively involved with SHRM, focusing on Human Resource trends, and held key roles in Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity, enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. As an International Intern with LeadAbroad, Jonna guided students through impactful experiences while adapting to changing circumstances. With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resource Management at Mays Business School, Jonna combines academic prowess with practical experience in the field.
