Alyssa Peoples is an experienced professional currently serving as Access Manager and Health Care Access Office Lead Navigator at Lake Superior Community Health Center since August 2015. In this role, Alyssa coordinates the Health Care Access Office, ensuring health advocates are well-trained in resources for clinic patients and the community. Previously, Alyssa worked as a Health Advocate, helping community members access healthcare services, and held various roles in art glass management and community foundation assistance. Alyssa's background includes a Master's in Social Work from the University of Minnesota Duluth and a Bachelor's in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. Additional experience includes program coordination with Americorps VISTA and support roles in educational and community organizations.
