Wade Carlson has extensive experience in information technology and management, currently serving as the Manager of IT at Lake Ridge Bank since 2008, where responsibilities include maintaining compliance with industry standards and providing support for IT systems across all bank locations. Prior to this role, Wade served as Vice President of Information Technology at Famous Footwear from 1999 to 2008, overseeing the implementation of new store technology and managing significant cost-saving projects. Wade's educational background includes an Associate’s Degree in Computer Information Systems from Madison Area Technical College and further studies at the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin, focusing on community banking IT.
