Giovanni Zaragoza is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, customer support, and medical interpreting. Currently serving as an Operations Team Member at Arthrex since March 2023, Giovanni previously contributed to Lake Quivira Country Club as a pro shop team member, overseeing daily operations and event management since August 2019. From January to December 2022, Giovanni worked as a Medical Interpreter at Children's Mercy Kansas City, facilitating communication between Spanish-speaking patients and medical staff. Giovanni also held a keyholder position at Rally House from June 2016 to June 2019. Academic qualifications include a Certification in Medical Interpreting and an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Johnson County Community College.
