Pilar Carroll is a Licensed Real Estate Broker at Lake Norman Realty since August 2019, specializing in assisting clients with purchasing and selling properties on both local and global scales. Previously, Pilar served as a Writer of children's Ebooks and Teacher Guides at Lerner Publishing Group from January 2016 to July 2019, where content development for educational resources was a key focus. Pilar also has extensive teaching experience, having worked as an Online Adjunct Instructor at Ashford University from January 2008 to 2019 and as an Elementary and Inclusion Teacher at the East Islip School District from June 1995 to June 2008. Pilar holds a Master of Arts in Reading and Special Education from Dowling College and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Long Island University, in addition to another Master of Arts in Elementary Education from Dowling College.
