Open Position has been the Art Department Chair at Lake Mead Christian Academy since October 2020. Prior to that, they worked for the Zappos Family of Companies from August 2013 to October 2020 as Business Research and Development. Open Position was also a teacher at Lake Mead Christian Academy from August 2001 to August 2013, teaching elementary school for five years, high school math and Bible for two years, and middle school math, Bible, and science for six years.

Open Position reports to Jeanne-Marie Grewe, VAPA Director. Some individuals on their team include Dawn Nay - High School Art Teacher, Danielle Paul - Elementary Art Teacher, and Dawn Nay - Middle School Art Teacher.
