Nicole Thompson, MS, RD, LD, is a skilled Registered Dietitian with extensive experience in nutrition education and counseling. Currently, Nicole works at Lake Health, providing vital support to bariatric surgery patients through pre-operative education and ongoing dietary assessments. Prior experience includes serving as a Clinical Dietitian at Saber Healthcare Group, where Nicole managed nutrition care for residents and collaborated with interdisciplinary teams. Additional roles include serving as a Certified Lifestyle Coach at the Diabetes Institute and various dietetic internships that involved nutrition assessments and educational outreach. Nicole holds a Master of Science in Food and Nutrition Sciences and a Bachelor of Science with a minor in Psychology from Ohio University.
