Connie Skingel serves as the Vice President of Institutional Advancement at Lake Erie College since March 2024, while also holding the position of Executive Director at Healing Art Missions since June 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Development at the Center for Inquiry and the Cleveland Institute of Music, and Director of Foundation Development at The Veale Foundation. Additional experience encompasses leadership in alumni relations and fundraising at Oberlin College and Hiram College, along with development roles at the Cleveland Zoological Society and Coleman Foundation. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (Candidate) in Global Leadership from the Indiana Institute of Technology, a Master's degree in Communication and Leadership Studies from Gonzaga University, and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Hiram College.
