Patrice Evans CCE, PMP, CMP currently serves as the Technology Solutions Portfolio Manager at Lake County's Enterprise Technology, holding an interim role as Infrastructure Manager since July 2023 and previously as ERP Manager. In this position, Patrice leads the Technology Solutions Center to enhance the County's business processes and technology investments through the application of best practices in project management. Prior experience includes serving as Project Leader at the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lake County, where Patrice managed operations within the technology and finance departments, providing mentorship and support to team members. At the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, Patrice held several roles including Business Process Analyst, Data Coordinator, and Caseflow Coordinator, focusing on organizational analysis, data management, and assisting judges with case management.
