Matt Scott has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 with BA Robinson Company Ltd. as an Express Desk Sales employee until 2015. In 2017, they joined Manitoba Hydro as part of their Technical Support Services team, and later that year they began working at 24-7 Intouch as a Junior Software Developer until 2019. In 2019, they joined Laivly as an Intermediate Software Developer.

Matt Scott obtained an Honours Diploma in Business Information Technology from Red River College Polytechnic during the period of 2015-2017.
