Kate Avram, CPA, MPAcc, currently serves as the Head of FP&A and Accounting and Controller at Laivly since December 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Controller at Spira Data Corp. from August 2019 to December 2021, and as a Relationship Manager at ATB Financial from April 2018 to August 2019, where responsibilities involved credit risk management and compliance. Kate began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2013 to 2015, progressing from Associate to Senior Associate, providing audit and assurance services across various accounting frameworks. An accomplished athlete, Kate was the Captain of the Women's Golf Team at the University of Calgary while completing a BCOMM in Accounting in 2013 and later earned a Master's Degree in Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan in 2015.
