Lia Lebourgeois has a solid background in maintenance engineering, currently serving as Ingénieure Méthodes Maintenance at Laïta since November 2020, overseeing newly installed equipment, conducting criticality analyses, and implementing maintenance plans. Prior experience includes a project manager apprenticeship at Nestlé, focusing on machine installation and safety management, and a technical apprenticeship at FRONERI, where Lia handled preventive maintenance and coordination with external firms. Earlier roles at Nestlé and the Centre International de Deauville involved technical maintenance and hospitality services. Lia holds an engineering degree in Mechanical Production from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and a BTS in Maintenance Systems from CFAI de Caen.
