Bohumil Lorenc is a seasoned professional in continuous improvement and health, safety, and environmental management, currently serving as the CI & HSE Manager at Laird Thermal Systems since January 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a production system engineer and continuous improvement engineer at MAHLE and as a junior consultant at ROI Management Consulting. Bohumil’s early career involved positions such as Assistant Technologist and Quality Engineer at Knorr-Bremse. Bohumil holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in Strategic Management from Cambridge Business School, an Ing. in Manufacturing Systems, a Bachelor's in Metal and Plastic Forming from the Technical University of Liberec, and is pursuing a PhD in Mechanical Engineering.
