Serena Jayne Gough is an experienced professional in the watchmaking and luxury retail sectors, currently serving as Services Director and Head of Service at Laings Jewellers since August 2019. Prior to this role, Serena held positions as Senior Watchmaker and Watchmaker at Beards from December 2015 to August 2019, and worked as a Watchmaker at Aurum Holdings from September 2011 to November 2015. Serena completed education at the WOSTEP - British School of Watchmaking between 2011 and 2013, enhancing expertise in the field.
