Guillaume Barnes MIEAust, CPEng, MSc, is an experienced project manager and civil engineer currently serving as a Bid Project Manager at Laing O'Rourke since July 2016, leading teams on major infrastructure projects. Key responsibilities include developing project proposals, defining project scopes, estimating costs, identifying risks, and facilitating stakeholder consultations.
