Mirka Janhonen currently serves as the Head of Digital HR Services at ³¢Ã¤³ó¾±°Õ²¹±è¾±´Ç±ô²¹, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Mirka spent eight years at Kemira where various leadership positions included Director of Digital HR and Workplace Development, and responsible for multiple HR projects, such as the External Workforce project and Employer Branding initiative. Mirka's career at Kemira, beginning in 2006, encompassed significant roles including Manager of HR for the EMEA region and the Espoo R&D Center, overseeing key HR functions and processes. Education includes a Master of Science degree from the University of Oulu and management training at JTO School of Management.
