Leonard Graham has extensive experience in computer operations, currently serving as a Computer Operations Supervisor at Lahey Clinic since July 2007, overseeing large-scale computer systems including IBM mainframes and various server environments. Concurrently, Leonard also fulfills the role of Service Desk Agent at Lahey Health, providing technical support to users while managing server backups. Prior to these positions, Leonard held roles such as Senior Computer Operator at Kellwood New England and EDS, and Lead Computer Operator at Putnam Investments, among others, accumulating a robust skill set in operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting multi-platform systems. Leonard earned an Associate's Degree in Computer Science from Blue Hill Regional Technical Institute, complementing a solid foundation in business with a high school diploma from Canton High School.
