Beatrice Ajayi is a seasoned professional in customer experience and service, currently working as a Customer Experience Analyst at Flutterwave since December 2023. Beatrice has built a diverse background in customer service roles, including positions as Assistant Team Lead and Collection Officer at PalmPay from October 2022 to December 2023, and as a Collections Officer and Customer Service Representative at Nodrote Global Ventures Ltd from May 2021 to July 2022.
