Valerie Anyanwu has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Valerie started their career as a Medical Intern at Lagos State University Teaching Hospital in 2014. Valerie then worked as a House Officer at Federal Medical Centre, Yenagoa from September 2018 to August 2019. In 2016, they founded Beracah Valley Music Band and held the role of Founder until March 2017. Currently, they are working as a Medical Officer at Lagoon Hospitals since February 2021.

Valerie Anyanwu obtained their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from Vinnic'kij Deržavnij Medicnij Universitet im M.I.Pirogova. Valerie attended this school from 2011 to 2017, focusing on the field of Medicine. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Federal Government College in Port Harcourt from 2002 to 2008. In addition, Valerie has obtained several certifications including NHCPS PALS Certification Course, NHCPS ACLS Certification Course, and NHCPS BLS Certification Course from the National Health Care Provider Solutions. Valerie received these certifications in April and May of 2020.
