Ritchie Cortez is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an Information Technology Specialist at Lafourche Parish Sheriff's Office since March 2022. Prior to this role, Ritchie worked as a System Network Administrator for St. John Parish Schools from November 1999 to March 2022, and gained foundational experience as a Systems Engineer at GE Capital from 1992 to 1999. Ritchie's career began as a PC Specialist at Westvaco between November 1990 and October 1992, and earlier as a Computer Programmer with the Louisiana Army National Guard from June 1989 to November 1990.
