Sherman Ward is an experienced computer programmer with a solid background in various programming environments. At Lafayette Interior Fashions, Sherman has been involved in COBOL coding within a LINUX framework and has assisted in converting to a MySQL storage structure, utilizing HTML and PHP as well as employing PCL and form overlay techniques for printing business documents since March 2016. Previously, at Midcontinent Independent System Operator, Sherman served as a Computer Analyst II, providing support for JAVA-based systems in a *IX environment and gaining exposure to the Oracle WebLogic application platform from December 2012 to January 2016. Prior experience also includes a role as a Senior Applications Analyst at CNO Financial Group from March 1999 to September 2012. Sherman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Programming Technology from Purdue University, earned from 1981 to 1986.
