Anne Havard

Anne Havard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community impact and economic policy. Currently serving as Vice President of Worker Solutions & Community Impact at Lafayette Square since October 2021, Anne focuses on creating investment opportunities in underserved markets. Prior to this, Anne held the position of Senior Policy Advisor at the Tennessee Department of Human Services, where strategic advice was provided to the Commissioner and implementation plans for significant state programs were developed. As Senior Advisor for Economic Opportunity in the Office of the Mayor of Nashville, Anne managed policy initiatives aimed at combating homelessness and enhancing economic mobility. Earlier roles include Deputy Chief Resilience Officer and various positions in policy assistance and volunteer coordination, demonstrating a strong commitment to community service and economic empowerment. Anne holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Cognitive Studies and Religious Studies from Vanderbilt University.
