Arash Saidi, P.E., is an accomplished Power Engineering Manager at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, with a career spanning over a decade. Since June 2009, Arash has held various leadership positions, including overseeing the administration of Distributed Energy Resource and Demand Response initiatives, securing a $48 million DOE grant, and enhancing renewable energy programs as part of Clean Grid LA Strategy. Previous roles include managing the $313 million Solar Incentive Program and designing underground transmission networks. Arash holds an MBA and a Master's in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Southern California, as well as a Bachelor's degree from California State University, Long Beach.
